Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
• Help manage calls for patients in emergent situations and support their insurance needs
• Provide 24/7 Triage Support and assign priority for health advice from a Registered Nurse

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Healthcare experience required (e.g., Medical front office, PBX/911 Operator, Medical assistant)
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating off days
