Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
  • Support members with their insurance needs and provide 24/7 Triage Support
  • Assist with inquiries on benefit claims, appeals, and authorizations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Healthcare experience required (e.g., Medical front office, PBX/911 Operator)
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry and screen navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating days off
