Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a panel of patients as their primary point of contact for inquiries and issues
• Coordinate patient care by addressing inquiries, routing clinical questions, and assisting with billing resources
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments while maintaining clinician availability and ensuring patient engagement

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is strongly preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced medical practice
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for patient care
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with platforms like Slack and Google Workspace
• Motivation to pursue a career in clinical medicine is encouraged
