Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
• Support members with insurance needs and provide triage support
• Assist with inquiries on benefit claims, appeals, and authorizations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Healthcare experience required (e.g., Medical front office, PBX/911 Operator)
• Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook
• Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating OFF
• Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
