Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to provide support for patients' healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
  • Assist patients with insurance needs and healthcare navigation
  • Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize health advice requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Healthcare experience in roles such as medical assistant or nursing assistant
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook/Word
  • Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating days off
  • Must provide two monitors (22 inches each) with HDMI and Display ports
