Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their Specialty Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer new referral intake and refill calls promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the computer system
  • Assist in co-pay collections and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
  • Previous pharmacy and patient service experience, preferably in retail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems
  • Strong customer service experience
