Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their Specialty Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and in a timely manner
  • Update patient information in the computer system and maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist in co-pay collections and schedule deliveries for patient refills
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred, but not required
  • Previous pharmacy experience and patient-based service experience
  • Strong customer service background
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems
