Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
• Assist patients with insurance needs and health inquiries
• Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize care for Registered Nurses

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Healthcare experience in roles such as medical front office or nursing assistant
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook
• Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating OFF
• Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
