Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support the Enteral Nutrition department by processing patient refill requests and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status
• Process prescription changes and triage calls to various departments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accurate shipment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service environment
• Experience with data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• High school diploma or GED
