Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Agent, Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field and respond to incoming inquiries from patients and schedule appointments
  • Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies while managing provider schedules
  • Create and manage tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring patient inquiries and insurance benefits are addressed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience providing phone, email, and chat-based customer service
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with appointment scheduling
  • Medical Reception experience and familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (M365) and experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Availability to work specified shifts: 9:30am - 6:00pm EST or 7:30am - 4:00pm EST
