Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
Assist members with insurance needs and healthcare navigation
Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize health advice from Registered Nurses

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Healthcare experience in roles such as medical front office or nursing assistant
Strong computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook/Word
Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating days off
Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
