Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to work remotely in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently match patients with partner clinicians
• Assist in answering incoming phone calls and managing patient data
• Schedule appointments and update necessary information in databases/software

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• General understanding of databases, smartphones, and Microsoft Office is a must
• Technical training on software will be provided
