Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new referral intake and refill calls, updating patient information accurately
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support co-pay collections
  • Participate in performance improvement processes and team-oriented activities
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred, but not required
  • Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service background
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new software
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory
