Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
• Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and support their healthcare needs
• Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize cases for Registered Nurse follow-up

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Healthcare experience required (e.g., medical front office, nursing assistant)
• Strong computer skills including data entry and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Able to work mid-day and night shifts with alternating days off
• Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
