Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to enhance the patient experience in a digital sleep clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Support healthcare providers and manage patient inquiries while overseeing service delivery
• Drive improvements based on patient feedback and contribute to operational processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance care delivery in a tech-enabled environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Previous experience in a patient/customer facing role
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or healthcare database systems
• Foundational understanding of billing processes and durable medical equipment (DME)
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurances and referral processes
