Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status
• Triaging calls to various departments and verifying patient demographics and insurance information
• Process monthly patient refill requests and ensure accurate documentation before shipping orders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working in a customer service environment
• Experience with data entry
• Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• High School diploma or GED
