Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate case creation and oversee the scheduling process for patient appointments
- Document case details in the CRM system and manage communication with patients and clinicians
- Provide product support and ensure compliance with program guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Customer service experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
