A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator I.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status
• Process prescription changes and triage calls to various departments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Healthcare experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
