Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support the Enteral Nutrition Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status
• Process prescription changes and triage calls to various departments
• Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate shipment of orders

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in customer service or call center environment
• Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Data entry experience
• High School diploma or GED
