Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their Specialty Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer new referral intake and refill calls, updating patient information accurately
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
• Participate in performance improvement processes and collaborate with team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred, but not required
• Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications and learning new software
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred, but not mandatory
