Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their Specialty Pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and timely
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
• Participate in performance improvement processes and pharmacy orientation programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
• Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service experience
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and learning new software systems
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required
