Key Responsibilities

• Verify demographic, insurance, and other patient information
• Address patient-care related telephone calls and respond to emergency needs
• Schedule and coordinate patient visits and medical procedures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a clinical setting
• 1+ years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shifts
• Must live within a commutable distance to a Reliant location in Worcester, MA
