Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
- Assist members with insurance-related questions and concerns
- Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize health advice needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Healthcare experience in roles such as medical front office or nursing assistant
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating days off
