Job Summary

Patient Care Coordinator is a full-time position that involves taking inbound calls from patients and providers, managing insurance inquiries, and providing triage support, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from patients, providers, and members
  • Assist members with insurance-related questions and concerns
  • Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize health advice needs


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Healthcare experience in roles such as medical front office or nursing assistant
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Able to work mid-day and nights with alternating days off
