Job Summary

Managing high-volume outbound patient calls, the full-time remote Patient Outreach & Care Coordinator will oversee customer accounts, ensure compliance in patient documentation, and support the onboarding of new accounts for lymphedema compression devices.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound patient calls to facilitate onboarding and documentation completion
  • Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of patient documentation
  • Guide patients through DocuSign processes and monitor supply utilization for resupply needs
Required qualifications:
  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with durable medical equipment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Proficiency in adapting to new systems and technology platforms
  • Strong work ethic and sound judgment
