Job Summary
Managing high-volume outbound patient calls, the full-time remote Patient Outreach & Care Coordinator will oversee customer accounts, ensure compliance in patient documentation, and support the onboarding of new accounts for lymphedema compression devices.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage outbound patient calls to facilitate onboarding and documentation completion
- Review and ensure accuracy and compliance of patient documentation
- Guide patients through DocuSign processes and monitor supply utilization for resupply needs
Required qualifications:
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience with durable medical equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Proficiency in adapting to new systems and technology platforms
- Strong work ethic and sound judgment
