Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, assist with drug therapy issues, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while working remotely within 50 miles of Louisville, KY.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers and resolves patient inquiries within committed time frames
  • Promotes drug compliance and reports adverse events related to drug therapy
  • Coordinates responses and resolutions with internal and external parties while maintaining documentation related to patients' pharmacy care plans
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma with a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center or similar environment
  • Preferred education in business administration, accountancy, or related fields, ideally through a two-year associates degree
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
