Job Summary
To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, promote drug compliance, and coordinate pharmacy care plans in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Answers and resolves patient inquiries within committed time frames
- Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships with healthcare providers
- Participates in the administration of patients' pharmacy care plans and documents related issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center or physician's office
- Preferred education in business administration, accountancy, or a related field, ideally with an associate's degree
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
