Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Empathetic and patient-focused, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will support patients by managing inbound calls, assisting with insurance inquiries, and providing triage support in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from patients, providers, and members, addressing their healthcare needs
• Assist members with understanding their health insurance and navigating services
• Provide 24/7 triage support and prioritize cases for Registered Nurse follow-up

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Healthcare experience such as medical front office, PBX/911 operator, or similar roles
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Ability to work mid-day and night shifts with alternating days off
• Must provide two 22-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports
