Job Summary
Providing seamless patient support, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assist with clinical inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up after urgent care visits while working remotely from New Jersey.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to assist patients with inquiries
- Review lab results and communicate recommendations from Aftercare clinicians
- Document patient interactions accurately and strive for one-call resolution
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior call center or clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong passion for customer service and patient satisfaction
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and casework daily
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
