Job Summary

Providing seamless patient support, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, assist with clinical inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up after urgent care visits while working remotely from New Jersey.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls to assist patients with inquiries
  • Review lab results and communicate recommendations from Aftercare clinicians
  • Document patient interactions accurately and strive for one-call resolution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior call center or clinical laboratory experience preferred
  • Strong passion for customer service and patient satisfaction
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and casework daily
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
