Job Summary

To enhance patient support, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, assist with drug therapy issues, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers and resolves patient inquiries within committed time frames
  • Assists patients with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues while promoting drug compliance
  • Coordinates communication between patients, healthcare providers, and payers to streamline care
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center or similar environment
  • Preferred education in business administration, accountancy, or related fields, ideally with an associate's degree
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
