Job Summary

To support patient needs, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will manage inquiries, assist with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve patient inquiries and promote drug compliance within committed time frames
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with physician practices and other healthcare parties
  • Participate in the administration of patient pharmacy care plans and troubleshoot related issues
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, physician's office, or social service environment
  • Preferred education in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or related fields, ideally with a two-year associate degree
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with initiative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals within the organization
