Job Summary

To support patients in navigating their healthcare journey, the full-time remote Patient Care Coordinator will manage referrals, medications, and treatment plans while ensuring timely and compassionate service.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries regarding referrals, imaging, lab work, and medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and facilities to ensure effective coordination of patient care
• Manage scheduling requests and maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience with EHR systems, preferably athenaOne
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes required
