Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time remote Patient Care Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, answering questions and providing information on services
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for therapy and medication management
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely communication between patients and providers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care coordination, medical office administration, or customer service
- Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
