Job Summary

To support a growing mobile dermatology practice, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator - Florida will manage practitioner schedules, maintain relationships with senior communities, and ensure accurate patient information documentation while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain monthly provider calendars and communicate visit schedules to communities and providers
• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers in facilities to facilitate service growth and address concerns
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals, ensuring seamless collaboration with practitioners and internal teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Prior healthcare experience in patient care coordination or scheduling
• Strong understanding of insurance eligibility using Availity and Payor specific platforms
• Proficiency in navigating medical software and EHR systems
• Compassionate mindset with a genuine desire to prioritize patient care
