Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Navigator to work full-time in a remote call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls regarding employee and supervisor injury reports, transferring calls requiring triage to the appropriate queue
- Gather and document pertinent information from callers following standard operating procedures and client directives
- Input data accurately into proprietary software to complete call reports and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of customer service or client relations experience preferred
- Basic understanding of occupational job processes and potential injuries is helpful
- Proficient in data entry with a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- PC proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
