Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Navigator to work full-time in a remote call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls regarding employee and supervisor injury reports, transferring calls requiring triage to the appropriate queue
  • Gather and document pertinent information from callers following standard operating procedures and client directives
  • Input data accurately into proprietary software to complete call reports and ensure compliance with HIPAA policies
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of customer service or client relations experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of occupational job processes and potential injuries is helpful
  • Proficient in data entry with a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • PC proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
