Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative II to manage patient interactions and resolve account issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve patient account issues and secure payment arrangements
- Document patient complaints accurately and manage assigned tasks through Oracle and other systems
- Provide customer service support, including technical troubleshooting and education for field representatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3-5 years of customer service experience or 2-4 years in medical collections preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance carrier explanations
- Strong performance in cash collections and overcoming objections
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Some college education preferred but not required with relevant experience
