Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative II to manage patient interactions and resolve account issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve patient account issues and secure payment arrangements
  • Document patient complaints accurately and manage assigned tasks through Oracle and other systems
  • Provide customer service support, including technical troubleshooting and education for field representatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience or 2-4 years in medical collections preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance carrier explanations
  • Strong performance in cash collections and overcoming objections
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Some college education preferred but not required with relevant experience
