Patient Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative to support the Enteral Nutrition department by processing patient refill requests and managing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls regarding nutrition therapy order status from patients and caregivers
• Process prescription changes and triage calls to various departments
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accurate shipment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service environment
• Experience with data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• High School diploma or GED
