Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recurring Patient Care Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of recurring patient orders to minimize delays
• Maintain compliance with internal and external requirements in all work performed
• Resolve patient/customer complaints by identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school graduate
• Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing customer service or equivalent teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
