Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve patient issues and outstanding balances
  • Document patient complaints and manage tasks through Oracle and other systems
  • Provide 24-hour customer service and assist patients with financial assistance in accordance with policies
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience or 2-4 years of medical collections experience preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance carrier explanations
  • Strong performance in cash collections and decision-making abilities affecting revenue
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Some college preferred but will consider experience in lieu of education
