Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve patient issues and outstanding balances
- Document patient complaints and manage tasks through Oracle and other systems
- Provide 24-hour customer service and assist patients with financial assistance in accordance with policies
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of customer service experience or 2-4 years of medical collections experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of patient benefits and insurance carrier explanations
- Strong performance in cash collections and decision-making abilities affecting revenue
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks
- Some college preferred but will consider experience in lieu of education
