Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative, Flex, Limited-Term.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of service requests from Providers and Members
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient satisfaction by addressing needs and concerns
- Support the Patient Care Team in delivering a comprehensive patient experience and meet established service goals
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or medical setting
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and standard applications
- Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Spanish speaking preferred
