Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative, Flex, Limited-Term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of service requests from Providers and Members
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient satisfaction by addressing needs and concerns
  • Support the Patient Care Team in delivering a comprehensive patient experience and meet established service goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or medical setting
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and standard applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to HIPAA requirements
  • Spanish speaking preferred
