Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Patient Care Contact Center Representative will manage inbound patient referral calls and general inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate routing of information while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from potential patient referral sources in a courteous and professional manner
  • Triage patient referrals and manage inquiries regarding eligibility requirements and urgent care needs
  • Document detailed prospective patient information and assign referrals to appropriate locations or teams
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of work experience in a healthcare office setting
  • 1 year of medical terminology experience
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • High School Diploma/GED
