Supporting inbound and outbound patient inquiries, the full-time Remote Patient Care Representative will provide exceptional service regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery while working from home in Michigan, Ohio, or Arizona.

- Handle outbound and inbound calls and emails efficiently and professionally

Required qualifications
