Patient Care Representative

Job Summary

To support the Patient Care department, the part-time hourly Patient Care Representative will ensure accurate processing of recurring services and timely patient order fulfillment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process recurring services to ensure timely patient order fulfillment
• Monitor work for compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of customer service or related experience
• Healthcare or insurance knowledge preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
