Patient Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Specialist I to provide service to patients with implanted Neuromodulation devices in a remote contact center setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and support for patients experiencing issues with Neuromodulation devices
• Document complaints and interactions in compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
• Assist the Patient Care Sales Team with various requests, including order processing and patient registrations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a customer or patient-facing service environment
• Interest in troubleshooting and developing technical skills
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Experience in a contact center or medical device sector is preferred
