Patient Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision
• Collect and document patient care data and communicate information to patients and care team members
• Support unit by maintaining the environment of care and performing clerical duties

Required Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age prior to start date
• High School Graduate or GED equivalency preferred
• Working knowledge of computers and software applications required
• Demonstrated ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• Current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification required
