Patient Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy orders and member inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing pharmacy orders and addressing inquiries
• Schedule deliveries for patients in compliance with accreditation and pharmacy requirements
• Maintain knowledge of escalation processes to communicate urgent patient needs effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 1:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. EST, with Saturday rotation every 6 - 8 weeks
• Completion of a 6-week training program from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m
