Job Summary

Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Remote Patient Care Specialist will manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and address patient questions while ensuring an excellent patient experience during standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries effectively
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records to facilitate care delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and service quality
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Associate degree or higher may substitute for experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with health insurance plans, medical records, or scheduling
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and third-party payers
