Job Summary
Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Remote Patient Care Specialist will manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and address patient questions while ensuring an excellent patient experience during standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries effectively
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records to facilitate care delivery
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and service quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma; Associate degree or higher may substitute for experience
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of experience with health insurance plans, medical records, or scheduling
- Familiarity with medical terminology and third-party payers
