Patient Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, research, investigate, negotiate, and resolve various claims for health plans and customers
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding claims and account balances
• Prepare and review insurance claims prior to billing and analyze trends for reporting

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or 2+ years of equivalent working experience
• 2+ years of experience in claims recovery and resolution
• 2+ years of medical billing and/or medical collections experience
• Moderate proficiency with computers and Windows PCs
• Must be 18 years or older
