Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all functions related to the collection of payment on patient accounts
• Communicate directly with patients regarding their financial responsibilities for services
• Manage inbound and outbound phone calls from internal and external customers, answering questions, taking payments, and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• One year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Experience in a call center environment preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
