Patient Communication Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist, responsible for supporting patients and cardiology clinic customers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates accurate and timely interactions with patients and clinic customers
• Monitors patient connectivity to home monitoring and assists with troubleshooting
• Collaborates with internal departments to meet customer needs and assists with projects as directed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma/GED required; college or technical degree preferred
• Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology or cardiac devices preferred
• Excellent internet and technology skills required; experience with EHR and remote monitoring tools preferred
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
• Experience working effectively in a remote environment preferred
