Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Communications Representative (Self-Pay) to manage customer service activities related to patient accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients regarding repayment of medical debt and establish payment arrangements
• Achieve assigned goals related to resolutions, call quality, and productivity standards
• Perform account research and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of six months experience in a call center environment preferred
• PC experience in a Windows environment
• Basic keyboarding skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience
