Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Communications Representative (Self-Pay) to manage customer service activities related to patient accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients regarding repayment of medical debt and establish payment arrangements
- Achieve assigned goals related to resolutions, call quality, and productivity standards
- Perform account research and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months experience in a call center environment preferred
- PC experience in a Windows environment
- Basic keyboarding skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience
